We grant licensed users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access Cluster FMS, Retail Spot, or Real Scan portals. License parameters are determined by your selected monthly pricing tier. Any unauthorized decompilation of our code packages is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for protecting the credentials used to log in to your cashier terminals and operations consoles. Ranish Infotech is not liable for data leakage resulting from insecure local password management.
While we target a 99.9% uptime metric for our AWS cloud cluster hubs, we are not liable for temporary data link failures arising from regional telecom disruptions or local hardware configurations.
